• Base salary of $16.00 per hour plus a target performance bonus of $500 per quarter

• Assist the Client Onboarding team with submitting all required documentation and information to insurance carriers
• Resolve eligibility concerns with the carrier to ensure proper enrollment
• Ensure customers are correctly enrolled on the employer's platform
• Provide proactive outreach to insurance carriers via phone, text, and email to expedite the onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal team members in revenue operations and support to enhance customer experience

• 1-2 years of experience in an execution-based role (sales, operations, customer service)
• Strong passion for helping people, particularly regarding their health
• High productivity in completing a large volume of tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
