• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in an event coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Cvent or Salesforce is a plus

• Experience with event management technologies
• Ability to effectively manage multiple events/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven resourcefulness and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable with learning new technology and tools
