As AI reshapes how stories are made, we’re building an AI Creative Studio to harness the power of generative technology — enabling faster content creation, personalized storytelling, and scalable brand impact while preserving the soul of our chef-driven brand.
The roleThe Head of AI Creative Growth will lead Cook Unity’s next evolution of performance-driven creative strategy, using AI as a powerful engine to scale storytelling, increase content velocity, and unlock continuous creative experimentation. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology.
Your foundation is creative strategy: understanding audiences, ad formats, and what drives conversions. In close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team
, you’ll help translate strategic directions into scalable creative systems, testable concepts, and high-performing assets. On top of that, you’ll design the AI-powered systems, workflows, and production pipelines that multiply the team’s output and accelerate learning cycles.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to execute and develop creative strategies across performance channels (Meta, You Tube, CRM, Landing Pages), ensuring concepts speak to real customer.
- Build frameworks for high-performing creative territories
- Connect insights from data, testing, and customer behavior to new creative opportunities.
- Architect the end-to-end AI-assisted creative system: workflows, prompt libraries, guardrails, asset databases, tool stacks.
- Integrate AI across formats (creative research, image, video, motion, sound) ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Use AI to accelerate creation, not replace craft: from rapid prototyping to advanced experimentation.
- Oversee a creative pipeline capable of producing high volume of assets/week (UGC, motion, product, chef storytelling, paid media formats).
- Combine human creativity with AI-enabled workflows to increase speed, reduce bottlenecks, and maintain quality.
- Build repeatable systems that turn big ideas into scalable, test-ready assets.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to design structured creative testings, concept logs, and learning agendas.
- Develop AI-powered methodologies for testing creative variations.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative insights
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, CRM, Studio Production, Product, and Engineering to bring AI-powered creative into campaigns, onboarding flows, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.
- Partner closely with Production and Studio teams to balance AI workflows with traditional craft.
- Work with technical teams to translate creative needs into tools, internal solutions and automated workflows.
- Maintain a high bar of taste, clarity, and craft across all assets, whether AI-assisted or human-made.
