Graphic Designer

Our Client, a Retail Cosmetics company, is looking for a Graphic Designer for their Remote location.

• The ideal candidate has retail experience and a strong eye for creating impactful, large-scale visual solutions that maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• They excel at translating complex information into clean, clear design with strong hierarchy and refined aesthetics that align with brand standards.
• This role requires both creative and production capabilities—balancing big-picture thinking with executional excellence.
• The right candidate is a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this highly cross-functional role

• 4 Year Minimum college degree in Graphic Design or equivalent Required
• 2-3 years of graphic design and marketing experience from a retail design, experiential or shopper marketing agency Required
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo art direction, typography, and brand design—experience in both in-store and print enviro Required
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present work and collaborate across teams Required
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively Required
• Excellent eye for detail; demonstrates creative and innovative problem-solving Required
• Strong design aesthetic and elevated taste level—portfolio should show clean, modern, and on-brand work Required
• Experience designing for in-store environments and/or print (signage, displays, catalogs, promotional materials) Required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with Adobe Firefly for generative design workflows Required
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints Required
