• Create comprehensive tech packs using Adobe Illustrator, including detailed instructions and specifications for products
• Collaborate with the lead production designer to transform creative ideas into manufacturable tech packs
• Communicate daily with manufacturers to clarify technical specifications and resolve production issues
• Conduct quality assurance checks on tech packs and samples to ensure alignment with brand standards
• Maintain an organized archive of master template files and creative assets

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams and vendors
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion

• Experience in 3D design software such as Keyshot, Zbrush, or Maya
• Familiarity with print production output, color flow, and digital design output
