Store Construction Project Manager

• Manage the construction process for new, relocated, and expanded stores, as well as remodels and renovations
• Simultaneously oversee 30-50 projects per year, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide regular updates
• Communicate with landlords and internal partners regarding project timelines and statuses
• Ensure adherence to financial and quality standards throughout the construction process

• 5-10+ years of construction project management experience in the retail industry
• Minimum of 5 years of ground-up building construction experience
• Ability to travel approximately 50%-75% of the time
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• College degree in a construction-related field

• Technical training and/or experience in building codes, estimating, and mechanical/electrical/structural disciplines
• Familiarity with store fixturing, planning, operations, and merchandising
