- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, , Microsoft Project)
- Background in compliance, legal, or paralegal work
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects of increasing complexity with some latitude for independent judgment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present updates to leadership
