Responsibilities
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal materials and documentation for business development efforts
  • Oversee the archiving and updating of key business development resources to ensure they are current and well-structured
  • Coordinate workflow between internal teams to ensure timely completion of sales-related tasks
  • Act as the primary liaison between the employer and the AQ Proposals Team
  • Manage intake and coordination of RFP requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the healthcare space, particularly in pharmaceuticals or healthcare insurance
  • Bachelor s Degree, preferably in a business, healthcare, technical, or operational field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or business development
  • Familiarity with
  • Previous experience in the healthcare space
