• Lead and manage compliance initiatives to support the employer's compliance program
• Collaborate with business units to ensure regulatory compliance and implement necessary policies
• Conduct regular reviews of business initiatives and serve as a compliance resource
• Report compliance-related issues to the Compliance Committee and monitor program activities
• Participate in audit and compliance meetings and conduct on-site assessments as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in regulatory affairs or compliance
• Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

• Experience with project management
• Knowledge of Federal Healthcare Programs, DEA, and FDA requirements
• Proficient interview and interrogation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to evaluate facts and make sound decisions
