• Manage communication needs for the Product ARR Groups, identifying gaps and implementing solutions
• Plan and organize cross‐team events, including town halls and data collection for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Drive initiatives to improve collaboration across Product and Engineering leadership
• Oversee critical non‑engineering global projects, create frameworks for successful execution, and monitor progress
• Leverage analytics to assist leadership in making data‑informed decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in program/project management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to drive decision‑making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership at all levels

• Demonstrated self‑learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast‑paced/quickly changing environment
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Coupa
• Adept at managing cross‑functional teams and fostering collaboration across various timezones
