Carrier Global has a role open for an Order Management Manager to drive customer on‑time delivery Components business in North America. Partnering closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, the Manager will play a critical role in driving customer delivery assurance and delivering world‑class customer satisfaction.
Job Description- Drive customer on‑time delivery metrics which are aligned with customer expectations.
- Drive cross‑functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to manage escalations and priorities, driving execution with Operations.
- Foster strong relationships to facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze data and regularly report on operational performance to executive management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, or operations
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time during an 8–10 hour shift to maintain production flow
