Dispute Investigation Analyst

• Research and resolve consumer-initiated inquiries and disputes through various channels, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Conduct thorough investigations of consumer dispute claims by reviewing account notes and collaborating with internal teams
• Communicate effectively with clients and compose correspondence to consumers based on investigation findings
• Track data and report on consumer inquiry trends that may impact service levels and operational efficiencies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance laws and regulations related to consumer reporting

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of applicable analysis or related experience
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and automated systems
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and apply compliance policies effectively

• Experience with consumer reporting agencies such as Transunion, Experian, and Equifax
• Familiarity with e-Oscar platform and dispute resolution processes
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory environment
