Senior Client Operations Specialist

• Provide high-level service to mid to large‑market clients and brokers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Implement new and renewing client accounts, including data entry, rate installation, and issuing welcome notifications
• Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for group structure and membership
• Respond to inquiries from clients and brokers, escalating high‑profile issues as necessary
• Document and track trends in client issues, collaborating with leadership to develop solutions

• Two to four years of Customer Service or Account Service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with a solution‑oriented approach
• Detail‑oriented with strong organization and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• One year of experience as a Client Operations Specialist or related role
• Proven problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change in a fast‑paced environment
