• Gather and confirm sold‑case information from sales, producers, and customers
• Submit accurate group data to Policyholder Services and collaborate through the scrub process
• Lead customers through contract review, billing setup, and usage of service tools like Admin Ease
• Install new groups and transition them to the assigned Account Specialist
• Provide customer insights to support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate on process enhancements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of group insurance experience, including employee benefits and direct customer interaction
• Experience in project management, benefits administration, case management, customer service, or sales
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues and manage complex onboarding activities
• Familiarity with contract setup, billing processes, or Policyholder Services operations

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Background collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a process‑driven environment
