- Review energy models and technical project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Track, analyze, and report program data to support rebate metrics and workflow management
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with organizational and client systems
- 2–4 years of general operations experience
- At least 2 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction, or building science
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must currently reside in Oregon
- Experience with reporting and data analysis
- Solid data management and analytical skills
- Proven communication and leadership abilities
