• Analyze and synthesize customer feedback to identify key pain points and trends for Platform & Interoperability customers and prospects
• Manage and maintain feedback data sources with accurate tagging and categorization for effective reporting and trend analysis
• Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations and end-user workflows to enhance customer experience
• Build strong relationships with product stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product and service decisions
• Advocate for the Voice of the Customer mission and promote transparency and teamwork within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in customer or stakeholder relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and good time management
• Experience or strong interest in data analysis and manipulation, particularly using Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to explain complex product information and create actionable insights for external stakeholders

• Experience with SQL is a plus
• Experience with Qualtrics XM Discover is a plus
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders with different needs and perspectives
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, changing environments
• Experience creating various content types, such as data sheets and promotional materials
