Product Specialist

Our Client, a Industry company, is looking for a Product Specialist for their Remote location.

• The Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager.
• This role would be responsible for assisting product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solution(s).
• Support product manager and product owner for several digital initiatives within a product portfolio
• Heavy involvement with documenting notes and recaps from Standup/Core hour calls and Working sessions
• Help product owners with UAT.
• Heavy involvement with bug triaging and task tracking in JIRA
• Prepares tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA on aligned decisions made from team meetings
• Help review BA UI and Functional stories prior to Entry Amigo
• Assists with Discovery work for Epic requirement creation
• Work cross functionally with the internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans
• Plan and prioritize product backlog based on business value and/or ROI
• Partner with UX designers and researchers to help define future product strategy in collaboration with product team
• Be the advocate for the customer while balancing the business needs

• 2+ years' experience in digital field
• A positive attitude and excited to learn
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details to capture all notes and decisions made during team calls
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker
• Product owner experience a plus
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles a plus
• Jira experience a plus
• Bachelors Degree
