What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the Corporate Sales team to achieve sales targets and high performance
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive profitable growth across all revenue streams
  • Recruit and develop high-quality talent to enhance the sales team
  • Manage performance metrics, including order intake, account turnover, and cross-selling initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Degree in Finance or Business preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in capital or finance sales
  • Demonstrated excellence in the material handling equipment (MHE) market
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively sell the employer's business model
