Sales and Service Operations Coordinator

• Manage the wholesale order workflow across multiple systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Process orders, validating SKU accuracy and alignment with inventory
• Troubleshoot system issues and maintain checks and balances throughout the order lifecycle
• Communicate proactively with Territory Sales Managers regarding order discrepancies and inventory constraints
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency

• Proven experience in order operations, sales operations, or a similar administrative function
• Strong understanding of multi‑system workflows and the ability to manage data across platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve errors
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in operations or supply chain
• Experience with systems such as Leaf Trade, Epicor, and Wherefour
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams
