What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve annual sales and profitability targets through effective sales strategies in assigned territories
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and contractors as the main point of contact for installation projects
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship and oversee the recruitment and training of subcontractors
  • Inspect materials and facilitate necessary documentation for installation projects
  • Coordinate with customers and property managers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field or 3-5 years with a Master’s degree
  • Certification may be required in certain areas
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under uncertainty
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Business-to-Business sales with consultative or solution-based selling techniques
  • Previous experience in construction management
  • Proficiency in blueprints, schematics, CAD, and RFQ requirements
