What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and evolve day-to-day workflows for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure efficient hiring processes
  • Identify workflow gaps and manage change initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness
  • Develop and monitor key recruiting metrics to provide real-time insights into hiring health
  • Collaborate with TA Leaders to translate data insights into actionable process improvements
  • Optimize and manage TA tools and systems to support talent outcomes effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Business Operations, or a high-growth People Ops environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and complex formulas
  • Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever)
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional tool adoption
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations in tools like Tableau or Looker
  • Proven track record of improving candidate experience and recruiter productivity through optimized processes
  • A strong sense of individual accountability and commitment to authentic feedback
