• Collaborate with senior leaders to analyze business opportunities and develop actionable insights
• Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to monitor performance metrics
• Proactively assess key performance indicators and business development outcomes
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
• Support applications used in the growth process and perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Nursing, or a related field required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the data development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and report creation
• Experience analyzing large data sets and using business intelligence platforms preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to create reports and understand business trends preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• MBA preferred
• Experience in healthcare, hospice, skilled nursing, and/or long-term care preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools such as MS Power BI or Tableau preferred
