• Own the strategic and tactical roadmap for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function and policy compliance teams’ use of key platforms
• Translate multi-year strategy into an executable plan with defined problem statements, target outcomes, and a prioritized backlog
• Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, scoping, and execution with agile teams, managing risks and dependencies
• Establish governance and communication rhythms to define, manage, and communicate the roadmap and provide executive updates
• Enhance platform quality by driving standardization, interoperability, data quality, and embedded controls across ERM workflows

• 6+ years of experience in business applications development or product management for internal products
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, and Technology Risk
• Experience in an Agile environment and proficiency in using Jira
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse stakeholders on a shared vision
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration desired

• Experience working with financial institutions and entities
• Background in building 0 to 1 software applications for internal customers or business units
