• Support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations, focusing on the Public Sector and South‑East teams
• Translate customer feedback into actionable plans to improve service delivery
• Host Daily Deal Desk Office Hours for sales team support
• Track and communicate red deals to leadership to ensure effective resolution
• Collaborate with various teams to develop new guidelines and manage pricing in Salesforce

• 4+ years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role and Sales/Business Operations function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Salesforce and ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and adapt to changes
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration
