What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries regarding expansion requests and provide consultation on pricing and contract impacts
  • Take ownership of the closing phase, generating order forms and ensuring successful handoff to Finance for billing
  • Execute proactive follow-up strategies for customers with pending orders and address any commercial objections
  • Maintain contract accuracy and Salesforce data integrity for all specialist‑led transactions
  • Monitor the expansion funnel to identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in Order Processing, SDR/BDR work, or Inside Sales
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce (opportunity management and reporting)
  • Hands‑on experience with Sales Force/CPQ
  • Familiarity with the "Land and Expand" revenue model and SaaS‑specific billing cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CPQ tools
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate workflow bottlenecks
