- Support the administration of variable compensation structures and ensure accuracy in data reporting for compensation payouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend compensation mechanics that align with strategic goals
- Track and report on incentive program performance, providing recommendations for optimization
- Assist in audits of compensation attainment to ensure compliance with HR and legal requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms
- Proficiency in querying data; SQL knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues creatively within compensation planning
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to support compensation processes
- Proven track record of delivering results in a high-growth, matrixed environment
- Familiarity with innovative solutions in compensation planning and insights
