What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze compensation performance, attainment trends, and regional performance to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Support the administration of variable compensation structures and ensure accuracy in data reporting for compensation payouts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend compensation mechanics that align with strategic goals
  • Track and report on incentive program performance, providing recommendations for optimization
  • Assist in audits of compensation attainment to ensure compliance with HR and legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms
  • Proficiency in querying data; SQL knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues creatively within compensation planning
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations
