• Develop and drive annual consulting and go-to-market content revenues for technology vendors
• Build strong relationships across IDC, collaborating with account managers and consulting teams
• Prospect for new business opportunities and manage customer relations effectively
• Create and present winning proposals by understanding customer needs and coordinating with analysts
• Champion IDC consulting offerings within customer bases and drive proposal generation

• Minimum of 5-10 years of outside sales experience, specifically selling complex goods and services to technology vendors
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of generating new business and driving consulting bookings
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong account organization and penetration abilities

• Experience working with consulting directors and analysts in proposal generation
• Familiarity with Salesforce and technology intelligence services
• Previous experience in a high-growth technology environment
