What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with the Account Management team to identify opportunities that impact revenue goals
  • Consult with clients on tailored engagement strategies and execution
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue targets related to member engagement
  • Lead client engagement initiatives and manage client interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and respond to requests
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, marketing, or member experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
