Senior Product Manager – Level Funded

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for designated product areas, from vision and roadmap through delivery and iteration
• Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy and measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand problems and develop scalable solutions
• Prioritize the team’s backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and roadmap updates to stakeholders and leadership

• 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on complex, cross-functional product areas
• Proven ability to independently drive product strategy and execution
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience operating in Agile development environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data for prioritization and decision-making

• Experience in health insurance
• Familiarity with claims, payment integrity, enrollment & eligibility, and financial systems
• Knowledge of network, insurance product, and sales enablement
• Experience with digital platforms related to member, broker, or employer services
