• Coordinate proposal preparation teams, including subject matter experts and graphic artists
• Lead kickoff and review meetings with capture managers and delivery staff
• Ensure compliance and quality through meticulous proposal checks and detailed compliance matrices
• Write and synthesize proposal narratives and develop strategic win themes
• Mentor junior proposal managers and writers while managing proposal budgets and schedules

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or an engineering-related discipline
• 7+ years of progressive experience in a proposal management role within a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to write compelling proposal narratives and create oral presentation slides
• Excellent command of English grammar and meticulous attention to detail

• Experience in energy and utilities, environmental site assessment, and disaster recovery
• Master’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or an engineering-related discipline
• APMP certifications and/or continued education in proposal-related subjects
