• Negotiate customer agreements to facilitate efficient commercial transactions
• Draft and update contract templates to align with current business requirements and regulatory standards
• Review and negotiate vendor agreements to mitigate risk and align with internal policies
• Support contract lifecycle management as needed
• Assist General Counsel in managing corporate governance and compliance matters

• JD and membership in at least one US state bar
• 1‑3 years of legal experience as in‑house counsel or at a law firm
• Experience with SaaS transactions and negotiating MSAs, subscription agreements, services agreements, etc.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws and experience negotiating DPAs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and address legal issues from a commercial perspective
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
