Sr. Director, Consultant Relations

• Provide executive leadership to the Consultant Relations team, setting direction and establishing goals
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key benefits consultants and brokers
• Lead cross‑functional Abel Stevenson to align consultant engagement strategies with market needs
• Create and execute an engagement model that enhances partner activation and market visibility
• Negotiate agreements with consulting firms to drive preference and revenue growth

• 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in customer‑facing roles
• Proven national relationships with thought leaders and influencers at key consulting firms
• Deep understanding of market expectations in relevant product categories
• Experience managing relationships in multi‑year contract cycles and complex negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Track record of success in forging productive relationships within the healthcare consulting community
• Advanced degree preferred
