- Own the go‑to‑market strategy, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success
- Partner closely with customers to understand scientific workflows and market trends
- Translate insights into scalable software capabilities with exceptional UX/UI
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products
- 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives and drive product development from concept to launch
- Experience in a fast‑paced, agile environment with a bias for action
- Knowledge of small molecule R&D or the ability to quickly build domain expertise in a regulated industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in cross‑functional teams
- Experience shipping products quickly and iteratively
- Demonstrated track record of empathetic collaboration between scientists, engineers, and business teams
- Familiarity with market trends in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals
