• Bachelor s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Strong oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Experience in pediatric healthcare or similar environments
• Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Previous experience in collaborative team settings
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
