• Develop and implement the company's end-to-end procurement process, including approval workflows and purchasing controls
• Draft and manage procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Establish and maintain a centralized supplier database and procurement documentation system
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and purchasing agreements
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• 3–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Demonstrated experience creating procurement processes, policies, or sourcing frameworks
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, cost-analysis techniques, and compliance standards

• Experience in a startup environment and building procurement practices from scratch
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Net Suite)
• Experience working in the software industry
