• Plan, orchestrate, and deliver high-profile industry events and initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate databases and handle confidential correspondence related to project activities

• Proven experience coordinating complex projects or large-scale events in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry affairs, marketing, public affairs, events, or high-level project coordination
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

• Experience influencing and collaborating across various functions and seniority levels
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset for problem-solving
• Learning agility and adaptability to new IT systems and processes
• Financial acumen with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
