What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the synthesis of insights across payer and provider audiences to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to specific market segments
  • Create high-impact sales tools and content to accelerate deal progression
  • Oversee B2B content strategy to elevate credibility and drive engagement
  • Build and execute strategic field marketing initiatives to strengthen the employer’s presence at industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, or commercial strategy
  • 5+ years in healthcare with exposure to payer, provider, or value-based care environments
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Expertise in buyer research, persona development, and competitive analysis
  • Strong portfolio of thought leadership and sales enablement materials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Oncology experience is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated success in creating compelling narratives for diverse decision-makers
  • Experience partnering with Product, Clinical, and Sales teams to launch new capabilities
