Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of channel partnerships, including contracting, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Act as the primary operational liaison for channel partnerships, ensuring compliance and alignment with internal systems
  • Maintain and manage channel partnership databases and produce comprehensive reports for leadership
  • Conduct financial analysis and pricing research to support partner pricing strategies
  • Develop and execute operational process improvement projects to enhance channel efficiency
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operational roles, with 5+ years specifically in channel partnership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/PRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience launching and managing partner incentive programs
  • Proven experience in a Channel Operations or Sales Operations role within the technology industry
  • Strong experience supporting a channel partner team cross-functionally
  • Track record of taking initiative and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
