What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the Polyethylene Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and execute the Polyethylene Sales Plan while monitoring regional sales activity
  • Train sales representatives in territory management and selling techniques
  • Serve as the key communication link between management and the field sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical discipline is required; graduate degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales and/or sales management experience, preferably in polyethylene
  • Strong knowledge of polymer and end-use process technology
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant software tools

  • Experience managing credit to support successful sales development
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to effectively manage and evaluate team performance
  • Background in continuous improvement practices and project participation
