• Manage full lifecycle of promotional plans within the trade promotion management system (TPM)
• Conduct regular status and activity calls with Sales Account Executives
• Validate volume forecast adjustments and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Oversee customer portal requirements and promotional contracts
• Maintain organized documentation and archive of all work for assigned regions and customers

• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong relationship management skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• High attention to detail with a critical eye for accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Demand Tec and VIP/iDig
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
