Wholesale Sales Coordinator

• Own item setup, ongoing item management, and inventory updates across retailers and partner portals
• Pull reporting from retail portals and selling platforms, and prepare sales data for key account meetings
• Coordinate calendars, manage samples, and distribute assets for sales meetings
• Collaborate with Tech, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
• Identify process gaps and support the creation of SOPs, reporting templates, and operational checklists

• 2-5 years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in the Home Textiles or Housewares industries
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems and project management platforms
• Experience working in retailer portals (ideally with Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, Lowe’s, and The Home Depot)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working in Slack
