Applicant should be very comfortable working with computers. Position entails preparing service repair orders for invoicing and payment. Programs used are internet based. Work will include but not limited to typing descriptions of work performed by technicians, researching warranty labor times over the internet, ensuring parts and labor times are properly invoiced, submitting warranty claims to manufacturer for payment and reconciling paid claims.
Must be flexible, have a strong work ethic, work well with others and have the ability to problem solve.
Mechanical and with vehicles is very helpful but not a requirement. Must have a valid OR driver's license and be insurable to drive by our insurance company. Pre-employment drug screen is required.
Work days are Monday-Friday, full time. We offer excellent compensation, paid time off, retirement plan and medical insurance.
