Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Sales and Carrier Officer (CSCO), managing their time effectively and ensuring productive meetings
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for executive meetings, ensuring all objectives are met
  • Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and handle extensive rescheduling as needed
  • Plan and oversee travel arrangements, adjusting plans proactively in real-time
  • Coordinate employee events, ensuring objectives are clear and budgets are managed
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to executives
  • At least 4 years of experience coordinating travel logistics for executives
  • 4+ years of calendar and expense report management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Must maintain discretion and confidentiality in all professional interactions
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Experience with software applications such as Egencia, Jira, Workday, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Experience supporting a global leader in Sales
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
