- Lead the North America Tissue Procurement Strategy as part of the Global External Contract Manufacturing team
- Develop and implement a robust procurement strategy aligned with local, regional, and global requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in the supply chain
- Establish strategic supplier partnerships that deliver measurable business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct and Procurement rules
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related business area
- Proven experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and Stakeholder Management
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and ETQ systems
- Experience in non-wovens products through supply chain or technical roles
- Understanding of finished product manufacturing processes
