What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own ultimate responsibility for the customer’s contract renewal and expansion success
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Support Engineers to ensure customer success
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business challenges and objectives
  • Serve as a customer advocate, driving industry best practices and product evolution
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle to minimize attrition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of functional work experience
  • Experience with account portfolio planning and prioritization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with conflict mediation abilities
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Working knowledge of business processes and business applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as
  • Financial Services experience, including Retail Banking and Digital Customer Engagement
  • Knowledge of nCino product features and capabilities
  • CRM or IT experience with knowledge of nCino's competitive landscape
