What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic business and category plans for bedding products with major retailers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and stakeholders at retail accounts
  • Lead joint business planning to identify growth opportunities and negotiate promotional calendars
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to align retailer plans with brand strategy and profitability goals
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to drive category recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales or account management experience in consumer goods, preferably in bedding or home textiles
  • Proven track record of driving category growth with major retailers
  • Experience managing  business for large accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in managing product assortments and promotions in a retail environment
  • Familiarity with ecommerce performance data analysis and insights
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners effectively
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
