Client Service Analyst - PPM

• Support the Client Policy Manager in various aspects of policy processes, including updates and new policy presentations
• Generate and analyze reports for decision‑making and client presentations
• Document and manage client inquiries and requests using designated software
• Conduct multi‑faceted data analytics to provide accurate information to the client team
• Actively participate in team and corporate meetings while completing assigned special projects

• B.S. or B.A. in business or healthcare‑related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• Less than 1 year of related experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry and claims analysis
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a healthcare‑related role or claims analysis
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Ability to develop strong professional relationships with clients
• Capacity to learn new concepts and software quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
