What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue growth through management of complex renewals and expansion sales efforts
  • Build executive relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients, identifying their objectives and challenges
  • Deliver thought leadership through presentations and business reviews
  • Ensure client satisfaction and monitor contract compliance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or client success roles in the healthcare industry
  • Required experience with Third Party Administration (TPA)
  • Proven ability to handle complex situations and increase lines of business
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Direct experience with client management, benefits strategy management, and data analytics
  • Solid understanding of managed care products and self-funded business
  • Strong presentation and business review capabilities

    Customer-focused approach with a consultative selling mastery
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and employer-sponsored coverages
