• Lead agendas, planning, and coordination for Integrated Planning Leadership Team meetings
• Develop executive‑ready communication materials and storytelling for senior leadership
• Partner across all major functions to ensure alignment and clear messaging
• Own and support key initiatives such as Product Lifecycle Management governance and Zero‑Based Inventory
• Analyze operational performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations

• Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent experience required (MBA preferred)
• 3‑5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, with insight into planning functions
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, and Rapid Response
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional alignment skills
• High comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage shifting priorities

• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment
• Strong ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated capability to build relationships and drive outcomes without formal authority
