Associate Product Manager - Retail

• Develop market and business requirements for product acceptance and maintain detailed user personas and scenarios
• Assist in driving strategic product direction through prioritization based on business cases and client feedback
• Ensure customer needs are understood by participating in meetings with engineering teams
• Evaluate software and services to ensure they meet market requirements and high quality standards
• Conduct product research with clients and competitors to understand market requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 3-5 years’ experience in Source-To-Pay or payment accuracy solutions in the retail industry
• 1-3 years of product management experience, including software and product development life cycles
• Strong ability to influence cross-departmental teams to achieve deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging diverse audiences

• Experience managing projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Self-motivated with a passion for creating application and workflow solutions
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and implementation capabilities
